Happy Wednesday! This week I’m featuring the Trucking Along stamp set! This is part of my Class To Go for August! Today I created the Trucking Along Greeting Card. This stamp set is on of our On-Line Exclusives!
Trucking Along Greeting Card Details
My card starts with a Real Red card stock base cut to 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″. Next I layered a panel 5 1/2″ x 3 1/4″ of One Horse Open Sleigh Designer Series Paper to the front. Then I created the scene on a panel of Basic White card stock cut to 2 3/4″ x 5 1/2″.
I stamped the trees first in Tuxedo Black ink. Then I stamped the detail of the tree with Granny Apple Green. Next I stamped the grass in Granny Apple Green. Then I stamped the filled in clouds with Azure Afternoon Ink stamping off once, then the outline of the clouds I stamped in the same color. Next I stamped the road images in Pecan Pie ink.
I stamped the truck in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White card stock scrap and colored it in using Real Red and Grey Granite Stampin’ Blends. Then I die cut the tag out with the All That Dies. I stamped the sentiment in Real Red ink, punched a hole with the hole punch and tied the Night of Navy Bordered Ribbon to the top. I adhered both the tag and the truck with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
