Happy Thursday! I’m continuing to craft with the Ringed of Nature, Tree Ring Dies and the Tree Rings Hybrid Embossing Folder. Today I created this Ringed With Nature Anniversary Card. My anniversary is coming up soon so I thought this might be the card I give to my husband!
Ringed With Nature Anniversary Card Details
My card starts off with Basic White card stock. I layered a panel of Crumb Cake to the front and adhered it with Stampin’ Seal. Next I embossed a Basic White panel with the Tree Rings Hybrid Embossing Folder and adhered it to the from with Stampin’ Seal.
Then I used the dies that go with the Hybrid Embossing Folder and cut out the largest tree ring in Crumb Cake card stock. Next I die cut the coordinating tree ring in Basic White card stock. (I did not use the Embossing Folder for this one). Then I stamped the heart image in Cherry Cobbler Ink. I then stamped the sentiment in Mossy Meadow. TIP: I used Washi tape to cover sections of the stamp so I could stamp on top of each other – does that make sense? Then adhered the Basic White tree ring to the Crumb Cake tree ring with Stampin’ Seal.
Next I used a few different leaf dies and die cut them out using Mossy Meadow and Old Olive card stock. I die cut the berry stem out in Basic White card stock and colored it in using Old Olive, Crumb Cake and Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blends. I adhered all the leafs together with Fine Tip Glue Pen to the front. Lastly I tied a double bow with Crumb Cake Bakers Twine and adhered it to the front with a Glue Dot. Then I added a little “bling” with the Rustic Metallic Dots.
