Happy Monday Friends! This week I’m crafting with the Nothing’s Better Than Stamp Set and Love You More Than Dies! I absolutely love this set, because I love coffee, cookies, chocolate and especially cocktails. My Nothing’s Better Than Greeting Card was CASEd from the designer of this stamp set Connie Stewart!
I love all the sayings and how easy it is to use the dies in the design! There are so many possibilities and I’m sure I will have fun with this set!
Nothing’s Better Than Greeting Card Details
My card starts off with a Sweet Sorbet card base cut to 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4. Next I cut a Sweet Sorbet Panel to 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″ and embossed it using one of the Basics 3D Embossing Folders. Then I die-cut two Layering Circle Dies one in Sweet Sorbet and the other in Basic White. I also cut a Basic White Panel to 3 3/8″ x 4 5/8″.
Next stamped the coffee cup (2 step stamping) in Tuxedo Black Ink and Sweet Sorbet Ink – stamping off once with the Sweet Sorbet. Then I die cut out the coffee cup and the coffee sentiment using the Love You More Than Dies. Next I cut a Basic White to 2 1/8″ x 1″ and stamped the sentiment using Sweet Sorbet Ink. Then I used the Happy Labels punch to punch one end of the sentiment.
I stamped the other sentiment on the Basic White Panel in Sweet Sorbet along with the little “stars”. Then I adhered the Basic White Circle to the Sweet Sorbet Circle using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the coffee cup using Stampin’ Dimensionals and adhered the Coffee sentiment with the Fine Tip Glue Pen. Next I adhered the Happy Labels tag to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
And lastly I added a little “bling” using the Classic Matte Dots!
