Happy Monday Stampers & Crafters! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. All this week I’m crafting and creating with the Hooray For Surprises bundle. Now this is a very unique bundle because the dies actually create a perforated elements for interactive cards! You pull the tab and reveal an image or sentiment, which is so cool!
Hooray For Surprises Greeting Card Details
My card starts with Moody Mauve card stock. I then matted a Fresh As Daisy Designer Series Paper pattern to Bubble Bath card stock.
Then I took another pattern of the Fresh As a Daisy Designer Series Paper and matted it to Bubble Batch card stock. Next I die-cut that panel with the largest circle die. On the back of this panel I adhered Basic White card stock, but I first stamped the sentiment before adhering it to the back. I call it the “secret” Basic White panel LOL!
Then I die cut the branches with a pattern of the Fresh As A Daisy DSP. I die cut the leaves out in Copper Clay card stock and the flowers out in Basic White card stock. Then I stamped the flower in Bubble Bath ink and die cut it with corresponding die. I stamped the sentiment in Moody Mauve ink on a small scrap of Basic White card stock.
Then I adhered everything to the front of the panel and then adhered that to the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added a little Moody Mauve to the center of the flowers with my Stampin’ Blends. And of course I added a little “bling” with the 2023-2025 In Color Dots.
And here’s the reveal! I stamped the sentiment in Copper Clay ink and stamped the flowers in Moody Mauve and Bubble Bath ink! Pretty Cool Right! On Thursday February 29th Join me on Facebook or YouTube at 11:00 EST to see how to make this card a few more with the Hooray For Surprises Bundle!

- Moody Mauve card base – 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″
- Bubble Bath card stock – 3 3/4″ x 5″ & 3″ x 3 1/2″
- Fresh As A Daisy DSP – 3 5/8″ 4 7/8″ & 2 7/8″ x 3 3/8″
- Secret Basic White card stock – 2 3/4″ x 3 1/4″
- Scraps of Fresh As A Daisy DSP, Basic White and Copper Clay card stock.
