Happy Thursday! I’m crafting & creating with the Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks. I’m challenging myself to use each of the masks! Today I created this Abundant Beauty Thanks Card.
Abundant Beauty Thanks Card Details
My card starts with Basic Black card stock. I then added a layer of Pumpkin Pie card stock to the front. Next I cut a Basic White card stock panel and used the “Houndstooth” Mask and used the Stampin’ Blends to color in with Pumpkin Pie Ink.
Then I used the “Sunflower” Masks to build the Sunflowers on Basic White card stock. I used Crushed Curry, Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie Inks applying with my Stampin’ Blends. TIP: Use the darkest color on the circle dies. I used Pumpkin Pie, then on the “dotted” mask I used the lighter color. Next I used the “Leaves” Mask and Garden Green Ink to color in with Stampin’ Blends.
Then I fussy cut out the sunflowers and leaves with my paper snips. I’m not a fussy cutter – I prefer dies but once in a while I fussy cut! Next I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Arrangements stamp set with Garden Green Ink on a scrap of Basic White card stock. Then I die cut the tag out with the Cheerful Daisies Dies.
I adhered the two smaller sunflowers and leaves with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I adhered the larger sunflower with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I also adhered the sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
For the inside I matted Pumpkin Pie and Basic White card stock and again “stenciled” the sunflower with the same color inks as the front.
Lastly I added a little “bling” with the the Iridescent Pastel Gems! And of course my matching envelope LOL!
