Greetings Stampers & Crafters! This week I’m crafting with the 3D Fern Embossing Folder from Stampin’ Up! I hope you like today’s Fern Happy Birthday Card. It was super simple to put together and I love the soft colors!
Fern Happy Birthday Card Details
- I used Soft Succulent as my card base
- Then I embossed a piece of Soft Succulent card stock using the 3D Fern Embossing Folder
- Cut a piece of Design A Daydream Designer Series Paper to 2 x 4 1/2
- Then cut a piece of Mint Macaron Card stock to 4 1/2 x 1 3/4
- Layer the Design A Daydream DSP on top of the Mint Macaron leaving a 1/4 trim showing
- Adhere the 3D Fern Embossed layer to the front of the card using Multipurpose Glue
- Adhere the Pretty Prints layer to the embossed layer using Multipurpose Glue
- Use the leaf die from the Tree Rings Dies to cut out 3 leafs in Soft Succulent card stock; adhere with Multipurpose Glue
- Then using the Layering Circle Dies cut out tow pieces one in Mint Macaron and one in Basic White
- Stamp the Sentiment in Soft Succulent from the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set
- Adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals
Finish the card off by adhering 3 2021 -2023 In Color Opal Rounds and a small bow using Crumb Cake Bakers Twin!
For the inside I layered a piece of Basic White card stock and stamped the images from the Ringed With Nature Stamp Set in Soft Succulent and Mint Macaron.
And I’m hooked on making a matching envelope so I used the Design A Daydream Designer Series Paper and adhered it to the flap of the envelope!!
