Happy Sunshine Day (Or Rain Day in Central New York….but remember April Showers Bring May Flowers)! Today I’m sharing my Beach Day Sending Sunshine Card. The Beach Day Bundle from Stampin’ Up! is just awesome. This is card #3 in my Card Class To Go this week. So let’s dive in to the Beach Day Sending Sunshine Card!
Beach Day Sending Sunshine Details
My card starts with Granny Apple Green card stock. I then matted a panel of Azure Afternoon to the front and adhered it with Stampin’ Seal.
Next I die cut the Palm Tree Leaves, Trunk and Plants out in Basic White card stock. I colored them in with Crumb Cake, Granny Apple Green and Parakeet Party Stampin’ Blends.
Then I stamped the Chair and Sandcastle with Pecan Pie Ink on Basic White card stock. I colored the Chair in with Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends and dotted a bit of Crumb Cake to the Sandcastle. Next I die cut them out.
I die cut the Waves out in Basic White card stock and applied Azure Afternoon Ink with my Blending Brushes. Next I tore some Crumb Cake card stock and stamped some sand images in with Crumb Cake Ink. Then on a panel of Basic White card stock I applied some Azure Afternoon and Lemon Lolly Ink with Blending Brushes.
Next I stamped the sentiment in Azure Afternoon Ink and the Bird in Pecan Pie Ink. I adhered everything to the front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. And there we have our “beachy” scene …..
