I’m seriously loving the Design A Daydream Designer Series Paper from Stampin’ Up! Today the Design A Daydream Good Luck Card was made for someone special in mind!
I started with a Blackberry Bliss Card Stock base. Then I chose some coordinating paper to make the super easy awesome angle cuts.
Recipe for Design A Daydream Good Luck Card
- Cut Blackberry Bliss Card Base to 5 1/2 x 4 1/4
- Select 3 coordinating DSP paper and cut to 5 1/4 x 4
- From the top left of cut DSP mark down 1″ and From the bottom left mark up 1″
- From the top right of the DSP mark down 2″ and From the bottom right mark up 2″
- Gather the 3 pieces together and using the Paper Trimmer cut at the diagonal marks
- Separate the pieces out (this will be enough to make 3 awesome angle cut cards!)
- Layer the angles on the card base
I used the Designer Tag Dies to cut out the leafs in Blackberry Bliss Card Stock. Then I used the Layering Circle Dies to cut out a circle in Basic White Card Stock. I stamped the sentiment from the Charming Sentiments Stamp Set in Blackberry Bliss Ink on the circle. Lastly I took my dauber using the Blackberry Bliss ink to ink around the edges of the circle.
I adhered the leaves on using Multi Purpose Glue and used Stamping Dimensionals to adhere the circle to the front of the card.
For the inside I used one of my angles to adhere to a Basic White layer and then stamped the sentiment in Blackberry Bliss Ink.
To finish it off I used some more Design A Daydream Designer Series Paper to layer the flap of the envelope.
